Carolina Minio Paluello appointed as newest member of Axyon AI's Board of Directors

Modena, London – October 22, 2025 – Axyon AI, a leading tech provider of Predictive AI-powered solutions for the investment management sector, today announced the appointment of industry expert Carolina Minio Paluello as the newest member of its Board of Directors, nominated by the lead investor, CDP Venture Capital.

Carolina is a renowned expert in quantitative investing, asset management, and the fintech industry. She has held senior global positions at some of the world’s most prominent financial institutions, including Schroders, Lombard Odier IM and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she worked in Bob Litterman’s renowned quantitative team for nearly ten years.

With over two decades of experience in asset management, Carolina has recently transitioned into the fintech space to help shape a sovereign and participatory digital capital market. In 2024, she founded Vitruvya, a European technology platform that leverages blockchain and AI to transform traditional collective investment vehicles into digital, transparent, and personalised versions — empowering individuals with free-will choice in investing.  Before this entrepreneurial venture, she was the CEO of Arabesque AI, a London-based AI-driven fintech.
